Meet Diana

Hi, I'm Diana — and I'm really glad you're here.

I was born in Romania and have spent much of my adult life living between cultures. I moved to France as a student, then to New Zealand in 2011, where I built a life, a career, and a family — and where home truly took shape. After almost fourteen years, my husband and I made the decision to move back to France with our daughter, and here we are.

It was in New Zealand that yoga first found me. I remember being drawn to it almost immediately — not just for the movement, but for something harder to name. A quality of attention. A sense of coming home to myself, even briefly, in the middle of a busy life.

For years I carried a quiet sense that I was meant to do something different. Something closer to people, closer to wellbeing. I built a career I was genuinely good at — business analysis, service design, change management across banking, government, and telecommunications.

I kept showing up, kept performing, kept telling myself the shift would come when the time was right.

It didn't come that way. Life got harder instead, in ways I hadn't anticipated. And eventually, something in me reached its limit. My body was telling me, clearly and firmly, what my mind had been avoiding for years.

Yoga became something else entirely during that time; not exercise, not a hobby, more a way back to myself, a place where I could stop performing and simply be. Where I could feel what was actually happening in my body, slow the noise in my head, and begin to trust myself again.

It also opened doors I hadn't expected — to understanding the nervous system, to breathwork, to the Buteyko method. Through my own direct experience, I began to understand how much of our emotions, stress, experiences, habits, and wellbeing are carried within our breathing patterns and our bodies. How much becomes possible when we stop fighting ourselves and start listening instead.

I'm still very much on this path. What's shifted is that I now have practices that help me find my way back when I need to — and that I share with others.
